Webservices and Java Tool box on AS/400

Hi

This is great piece that gives a very simple example of using Web
Services to access AS/400 files via an .NET OLE DB connection.

The way I would like to do it is not to use the AS/400 java toolbox if
it possible to interface with this black box .

Any idea's
