Ok, enough. Just use ETU (as much as I don't like it) to download the file as a *.DIF. Then Excel will import it, it's called "data interchange format". They used to use it here a lot. I'm replacing it with the cpytoimpf as fast as I can. I recently had a problem where ETU would not clear the old file, just add to it. So, I'd clear or delete the old downloaded file before you download again. AS/Resources, Inc.
