IBM Personal Communications (parent of Client Access PC5250 emulation) or Communications Server provide the Sockets over SNA (AnyNet) function, supposedly. This'd allow TCP/IP stuff over your twinax cards, I think. There are performance implications, as well as more complexity, of course.
