I would applaud.  It is a Dumb Idea for IBM to hardcode anything.  Such
settings should be in CFGTCP, at least.

As a software vendor, I have a tremendous problem with it.  There's no way I
can tell my customers they MUST set their user library list system value a
certain way.  Especially since our software is often not the only package on
their machine.
