Don't be too upset Joe, because I was so distressed to hear of your plight you described above - it brought me to tears - I'll promise to forward all the similar email I get direct to you - I've even set up a mail rule to make sure I don't forget.

If everyone else on this list can help out too, I'm sure I don't get all the emails Joe missed out on, but together I'm sure we'll cover them all.
