QSYSNOMAX in QSYS from job 042054/QTCP/QTFTP00359. Job
042055/QTCP/QTFTP00076 was started using the Submit Job (SBMJOB) command

Anyways, I keep chasing my tail. The original job which ran the STRTCPSVR
*FTP had ROUTINES in it's library list. Therefore, if the submitting job,
and the job description both have this library, but it's still not putting
it in there, IBM must be pretty strict about what libraries they want in
the library list. Looks like I am back to hardcoding program calls. Well,
I suppose my exit point program might try a ADDLIBLE ROUTINES *LAST...
Any other suggestions?
