You could change the command that option 4 calls. If you WRKMSGD CPX2313 you will see the commands. Replace DSPMSG with a custom command that has no parameters and whose CPP does a DSPMSG *WRKUSR. Be careful that you don't shift the other commands in the message text string. They all need to stay where they are. One caveat, this change will be overwritten when the OS is upgraded and will have to be reapplied.
