Email blocking on the AS/400

Hi,
I know we can use OpsNav SMTP filters to enter "blocked" domains, subjects,
etc. for email receipt.  What I'm thinking is using one of the services,
like ORDB to load the blocked domains.  This seems like a great tool to at
least kill off the open relay email and hopefully kill off some spam before
it gets to the email client.  Manually loading and updating this does not
seem to be a good option, but it's better than nothing.  I'm using outlook
rules to kill off most, but I'd like it to never even reach my PC.

Has anyone used this feature effectively?
