These are the libraries where your customized changes to IBM objects are saved for upgrades. QINSYS holds your customized values, QINMEDIA contains the values shipped on the installation CD's, QINPRIOR contains the values from the previous release. This is so that you can compare job descriptions, subsystem descriptions, etc. after an upgrade.
