No cost, but has to be explicitly installed. Do a selective setup and add it to your PC.

Hm. I don't seem to have that.

I've got CA V5R1. Is the program name the same?

Also, is this a standard feature that's installed whenever CA is installed, or
do you have to do something 'special' (like pay extra) for it?
