And we use the Quadrant product and highly recommend it. Like Mike says, you take it outside of the AS/400-iSeries and then you don't have to worry about that ! IBM is killing hardware and software which drove up our AS400 usage. Slowly we are moving certain functions to PC servers cause IBM has dropped support. Another example is OV400. We are re-doing all of our mail merge letters, thousands a day, from OV to MS Word. Sucks! Christopher K. Supportline tells me that V5R3 will not support the 2761 card. Worse yet, I'm told that V5R3 will DISABLE this card. Unsupported I can live with (don't like it, but I can live with it). DISABLING the card is another matter altogether. _______________________________________________ This is the Midrange Systems Technical Discussion (MIDRANGE-L) mailing list To post a message email: MIDRANGE-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/midrange-l or email: MIDRANGE-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l.
