Oh boy, is THIS a can of worms <g> Bite the bullet. I've been teaching a new hire at my client free-format. She was a little puzzled the first day or two (she's done nothing but RPG/400), but she's picking it up. It's another way of thinking about how to write code, and how to structure your programs. It's another tool. It's good for a lot of things, but not everything. So, I'd say dig in, get some knowledge, and you'll figure out how and where and when to use this new stuff. And don't forget to ask your co-worker if you can borrow her training materials for a day or two. :-) Good luck! -doc __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
