Hi Dave!
I'm guessing that you don't want all users to have the same default.  PDM
can help here.  Set up a user defined option for each user profile called
(say) SN and have it fill in their profile.  Alternately, you can write your
own SNDNETSPLF command and RTVJOBA USER() to fill in the SNDNETSPLF command
with.
