Booth, this was a remote session situation, and I couldn't bother the user with 
having to do the
screen capture.  We had over 100 screens to capture.  I think I have used 
Snaggit before.  I
currently use MWsnap when I'm doing documentation.

Vern, will give your suggestions a try within the next few days.  Thanks.
