We had two of the 5225 printers that we disposed of last fall. There is absolutely no market for them (at least in this area). The used dealers were not even interested in them for free. We finally found an ex-IBM CE who was willing to take the for the spare parts. He still does some repair on the side, and as far as I know, he parted them out to salvage the useable parts and disposed of the rest in the landfill. That's probably not the answer you were hoping for, but around here that was the reality of the situation. Thank you, Ronald L. Zimmerman I.T. Either anybody who would want it, or the recommended methods of disposal ? It is on third floor flight up, I could check how it got up on the elevator or whatever :-) Thank you, Steven - schmuel@xxxxxxxxxx Queens, NY schmuel@xxxxxxxxxx Messianic_Apologetic-subscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Messianic_Apologetic/ _______________________________________________ This is the Midrange Systems Technical Discussion (MIDRANGE-L) mailing list To post a message email: MIDRANGE-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/midrange-l or email: MIDRANGE-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l.
