I have one I can share (that was not created on employer's computers/dime). I always intended to put it on my OS/400 utilities website, which still hasn't materialized. ;-) It makes multiple connections to NIST time servers to attempt to achieve subsecond accuracy. It can also run in server mode as well as client mode, so that you can propogate times across multiple systems from a central system. JT - I already emailed you a copy.
