Jim, I just went through this. You call what used to be PartnerLine
(800.426.9990). I was surprised that they treat an upgrade as part of the
entitlement, our subscription seems to mean nothing. We needed to update
our profile and product stuff before they'd clear it. Had to do that
anyway, but it makes no sense that subscription is effectively ignored.
Calling normal IBM support, I was directed to this channel.
At least it's on its way, I think.
