HTTP Server (Apache) - deleted ADMINA and APACHEDFT Instances bymistake

Anyone know how or where I go to reinstall the standard ADMINA and APACHEDFT
Instances that the HTTP Server powered by Apache requires.  I have already
re-ordered the latest two PTF’s SF99035 and SF99036, respectively for
Standard and Apache HTTP Servers.

For what it is worth some idiot (me) deleted both Instances while doing
house cleaning.
