Well, perhaps you do not want a commercial, but we offer a service bureau
specifically geared towards NVOCCs.  We can accept you manifest either via
an FTP transfer (either we can supply the a format we can accept, or if you
want to supply a format we can develop a custom conversion routine).  We
have a full documentation system along with a comprehensive US Customs AMS
interface, fully supporting US Customs new 24 hour rule.  We are also
working on an AES interface for export cargo from the US.  If you would like
more info, please let me know off line.
