You could try doing a CHGPRTF on the printer file name for the joblogs, and
F4 to prompt the command and then F10 for additional parameters.  Page down
several times until you get to where it says Spooled output queue and
library.  You could change the output queue to be an outq that is not
attached to a printer. You can page down one more time and set the Hold
spool file to *YES, this way if the joblog went to an output queue it would
not print.

QNPSERVS for user QUSER  printing out at the printers.   I know this job is
