I am a bit worried about the logic of this statement.  Those numbers look
suspiciously like mmddyy dates.   
 It would seem to me you have just deleted all the records for January and
February (through the 8th) of every year including this year, and kept all
of the records of every year if the day was greater than February 9th. 
Obviously that isn't so as you deleted 8/11 of the file, but I am very very
suspicious of the results of your SQL.
