SMTP Mail Relay - QTMSADRLST & V5

At V5R1 the QTMSADRLST mail relay file is converted and deleted when you 
start the SMTP server.
A customer system recently upgraded from V4R5 vto V5R2 and it did add the 
IP addresses from QTMSADRLST member ACCEPTRLY into the SMTP properties 
when viewed in OpsNav.  BUT - it did NOT have the "Accept relay messages from 
only the address relay list" button marked, it had the "Allow all relay 
messages" button marked !
Anyone else notice this when upgrading to V5 ?
