It surprises me that QSYS2 is not backed up by SAVLIB *IBM, if that's what
you're saying.

My experience with QSYS2 is in writing APPC comms programs using the CPI-C
APIs. You will see plenty of CM... programs in QSYS2, and a look at any of
them shows "Created by user *IBM". Apparently there are other CPIs besides
the one for comms, as not all the programs in there are CM...

Anyway, I say that the library was put there by IBM, as part of what LICPGM
I don't know. It is also full of IBM objects. If that doesn't make it an IBM
library I don't know what does.
