Dear Ken, If you can find someone near you with a copy of the newsletter named "Client Access/400 Expert" Volume 4 Issue 4 from Jan/Feb 1997, there is an article in this particular issue by Tom Brekke titled CA for the Advanced 36. It explains how to properly configure the setup you have outlined in your posting with screen shots and step by step instructions. The article is now the property of MC Press Online because they bought the rights to all of the old Midrange Computing publications. You can view the article online as well by visiting http://www.mcpressonline.com and then running a search against Brekke. A list will appear and this article is included When I viewed the article online the screen shots (*.jpg files) were not found.
