If you create the duplicate in any library except QTEMP, then you can access
it from other jobs, even if the source object was in QTEMP.

CRTDUPOBJ OBJ(MYOBJ)      
          FROMLIB(QTEMP)  
          OBJTYPE(*FILE)  
          TOLIB(MYLIB)    
          NEWOBJ(MYNEWOBJ)

You can now access the copy of the object (MYLIB/MYNEWOBJ) from another job,
however you still cannot access the original object (QTEMP/MYOBJ).

In a CL program submitted to batch, If I were to create a duplicate object
of a file in QTEMP, that file can only be used by that job?
