3 things  -

1.  What is the value for "Browsing Announcement Interval" on the "Advanced"
tab of Netserver properties?  If it's zero, change it to some positive value
like 60 (announce Netserver's presence on the network every 60 seconds).

2.  You say "name and domain are set".  Does this mean that the Netserver
domain is the same as your PC's domain?  I believe they need to be the same
in order for Netserver to show up under Network Neighborhood.

3.  I have had problems "seeing" Netserver when Netserver is on a different
subnet than my PC.  I believe this is because SMB or NetBIOS (are they the
same?) cannot cross subnets.
