Take a look at the following TAA Tool:

This may provide what you want.  There are some related TAA Tools mentioned
in the documentation that could do the job also.

Hi group,

I would like to make my own alternative to WRKSPLF, using panel groups so
that the users hardly notice the difference.

Of course, behind the scenes would be my tools, not IBM's.

Is there any way to get to the source/interfaces of the IBM panel groups
already on the system, because I would like to avoiding having to do them
by hand.

The www and archives were not much help.

Thanks for any pointers in the right direction.
