I understand what your saying but you cant use 2 commands in a SINGLE submit
command. Your asking if you can do this: SBMJOB CMD(OVRBDF xxxxx CALL
PROGRAM_A), its not possible as far as I know.

I have a CL program.

Example:
                     PGM

                    * Created temporary work file in QTEMP

                   * Update the temporary work file in QTEMP
                   SBMJOB CMD(CALL PROGRAM_A)

                   ENDPGM

I don't want to use just a call command. I want to use the SBMJOB command.

Good morning. Does anyone have an example of how to use a OVRDBF and a
CALL command in the same SBMJOB command?

Frank
