A couple of possibilities for you.... 

First, can you take advantage of the enhanced web-facing that was 
announced along with the new models?  If you can, you might still 
be able to utilize an 800 as your target system.

Second, if you are seeing good performance on your existing 
systems for both batch and interactive, there is no reason to add 
additional CPW to account for batch in addition to interactive.  
The 500 and 510 have no "interactive" CPW, all cycles are 
available for all workloads.  The new boxes are the same with the 
Enterprise Editions.  So, you select the system that's the 
closest fit on a total CPW basis.  

Finally, the 800 still might not be out of the running for you.  
Even though it tops out at 50 CPW for 5250 data stream, it may be 
that's all you really use in your existing environment.  Some 
analysis of collected performance data can prove this.
