This is an OS/400 discussion. Resource access control = object level access control (I don't like this term as much because it implies to some folks that library level access control is not included). Start with the Security Reference manual in the information center. If you can find a copy of the Security Basic manual, it might help introduce you to the concept of object level access control. OS/390 has a priced product called Resource Access Control Facility (RACF). Patrick Botz
