Just curious, why do you not want to use the infocenter manuals? As a developer I refer to infocenter quite often, I have bookmarks to the various versions of dds, rpg, cl reference etc. that I require. As far as I can see they are full versions of the manuals, I find the fuzzy search works very well, and the information I require is never more than a few clicks and key presses away. Certainly quicker (for me anyway) than spending ages trawling through network drives because I can't remember to where I downloaded the PDF's. On the other hand, I've never used Bookmanager. Does it have advantages I don't know about? Kevin. p.s. Resistance is futile, you have been assimilated, you just don't realize it yet. -----Original Message----- From: Dan [mailto:dbcemid@yahoo.com] Sent: 28 January 2003 22:13 To: Midrange Systems Technical Discussion Subject: Re: Please PLEASE send me the Softcopy DDS Reference --- Steve Landess <steve_landess@hotmail.com> wrote: > Resistance is futile. You are now assimilated. HA! Resistance is NOT futile! Joe Pluta saved the day! I now have the full v4r4 DDS Reference in Softcopy Book format. Some of you have indicated to me to download the PDF. Or the HTML. This is NOT what I was looking for. I wanted the .BOO (Bookmanager Library Reader Book), the good old Softcopy, not PDF, not HTML, just Softcopy! But I do sincerely appreciate all who responded! - Dan __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! Mail Plus - Powerful. Affordable.
