Carl, is this using SNDDST or using the QtmmSendMail API?
If the latter, do you mean put quotes around the address in
the MIME header?

Interestingly enough, on the one customer that was having
the problem the MIME file looked perfect.  It appeared that
the conversion happened during the QtmmSendMail API call.
