"Very powerful."  Okay.  Show me how to do the following in cron:

ADDJOBSCDE JOB(MYJOB)
           CMD(CALL PGM(MYPGM))
           FRQ(*ONCE)
           SCDTIME(200000)

This runs a call to MYPGM tonight at 8:00PM.  It's a one-shot, only needs to
be run once.  I can also do this on the SBMJOB command, by the way.

It's a truism that ANYTHING can be done on ANY computer.  The issue is WHO
can do it.  Can an operator do it using standard OS commands?  On the
AS/400, the answer is definitely yes.  On Unix, I'm not so sure.  I don't
think I'd want an operator editing crontab.
