Re: Sign on problem -- new iSeries conversion from s/390

Hi Jimmy and welcome to a great operating system !

I am posting to you off list to save cluttering up the archives with
duplicate solutions,
as we have already covered these points online.

You can type any OS/400 command and press F1 to read the help text.
At the bottom of this text is a list of errors you can expect may result
from issuing this command.

You can also DSPLOG to scroll through messages received by the system.
Pressing F1 with the cursor on one of these will show other typical message
IDs.

WRKMSGF  QCPFMSG will show you most error messages. You can position to the
ones
you need to see in more detail.
