Hi, Dick, it's an option of 57xxSS1 - System Openness Includes, option 13.
You need to install it yourself. Been around since at least v3r7, probably
v3r1 or earlier, that's about when APIs began to be exposed.
There are /COPY members for RPG, both OPM and ILE, as well as C includes,
also some COBOL.
