VARPG free (was RE: Full screen editor)

When did VARPG become free? We're on V4R5. Is it on the OS/400 CDs that we
can install?

Cyndi, I do this with an application that uses VARPG.  VARPG has a
Multi-line Edit part that has wordwrap, scroll bars(horizontal and vertical)
and copy, cut, paste, and undo.  
 
I know this is a dead horse for many people, but I keep responding with
VARPG as an answer for three simple reasons: its free, it works, and its RPG
