Frankly, there were some laudable goals that VNS tried to achieve, but
IMHO, projecting the outcome of an election while voting is still going
on does this country no good, as I believe it influences some people on
whether they should bother to go vote.  

My life won't change if I have to wait until the morning following
election day to know who won.
