First Off I'm not an OfficeVision guy never had but a few clients and manage there own stuff... I just had a client move from V4R4 to V5R1. After the upgrade they discovered they needed "4" docs from OV. He can see the docs and tells me they RTF files. Is there a way to copy these to a PC and then into say WORD? Copying them or drop/drag them via OPS Nav produces garbage. I assume it's compressed data. If all else fails they will just re-create the docs in word, but if there is a simple and (CHEAP) way to move/copy ?? that would be great Thanks _____________________ Kirk Goins Systems Engineer, Manage Inc.
