Drag-n-Drop from Ops Nav?

I used to be able to display a list of spool files on the AS/400, then 
select, drag and drop them onto my desktop (or any other folder on my PC).  
These spool files would then transfer to my system as a text file.

Now, when I try that, I get the familiar mouse pointer that shows it's 
dragging and ready for dropping, but when I let go... nothing happens.  

Anyone have ANY ideas what I need to do to get that functionality back?
