I had the same type of issue on V5R2.  Here are the two APAR's.  The PTF's
should be released soon.  Maybe they will back fix....

CPIAD09 message filling history log






Hello,

Does anyone know why these messages are filling the history log?

The user has Windows XP and is using CAE 5.1.
A couple of other WinXP users show up but not all.
The system is at V5R1 with the most current Cume PTF.
Between 5 and 10 will appear within a minute.
Also, QNPSERVS jobs accumulate in  QUSRWRK. That is the number of them
keeps increasing until the next IPL.

The part that looks really odd to me is that it is using the loop back
address.
