After CHGNETA, I believe you need to re-IPL.  Or is that no longer true?

Changing the system name is a snap.  I do it all the time.  None of mine
have the default name.  CHGNETA.

I will like to add to your question: How do one change the system name?
Since most systems come with Sxxxxxxxx.  x=serial number
