1) I've found nothing in the 'Memo to users' for V5R2 indicating a change
in CHGSPLFA that might require this.
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/pubs/html/as400/v5r2/ic2924/info/rzaq9.pdf

2) Has anyone discovered that using WRKREGINF followed by
QIBM_QCA_CHG_COMMAND has been more, or less, immune to OS/400 changes than
VCP's?

3) If SEU prohibits the use of more than 40 parameters, can you use
CODE/400?

Subject: CL Program only accept 40 parameters in PARMs
under SEU, but CHGSPLFA Validity Checking Program need 42

The CL Program only accept 40 parameters in PARMs,
But the CHGSPLFA have 42 parameters on V5R2, , I wnat modify Herman Van

CHGSPLFVAL Validity Checking program on V5R2,

and CHGSPLFA has 42 parameters on V5R2, The SEU editor only accept 40
parameter,

The Program can run on V5R1, but program ran under V5R2
got MSGID CPD0162 "Parameters do not match those in program....".

Does any PTF solve the problem ?

Best regards,
