Barring issues with screen formats, just change the source type to RPG from
RPG36. This makes it an RPG 3 source member.

To go to RPG 4, use CVTRPGSRC (included on ILE machines) on the members,
having changed the source type.

Or use Linoma Software's tools.

There's still a problem with display formats, I believe. I don't know about
this.
