A while back, Ken Sims posted a tip whereby one could force the source debugger into 27x132 mode using: ADDENVVAR ENVVAR('ILE_DEBUGGER_1') + VALUE('ALLOW_WIDE_SCREEN') + LEVEL(*JOB) REPLACE(*YES) OS/400 Environment Variables seem to be geared to Unix and/or Java, but I can't find any good documentation on what environment variables are used for, if they were implemented for a specific purpose, or whatever. I shared the above tip with a colleague, and we got to talking about it and wondered if there are any other hidden environment variable "goodies" out there that allow us to tweak some other OS functions. Anybody know? TIA, Dan __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! Mail Plus - Powerful. Affordable. Sign up now. http://mailplus.yahoo.com
