Sorry - I should have spotted this earlier.  Your RPG proc is receiving the
parm by value.  You can't do that if you intend to call from CL.  CL is
clueless about parms passed by value.  Either remove the keyword form the
PR/PI in the RPG or replace it with CONST if you need the ability to
accommodate parameter mis-matches.
