RE: CPYTOIMPF and Codepage

Codepage *PCASCII always works for us.  If that's not available on your system, 
you can get the PTF for some releases.

If you can't get it, go for the create the file first using a PC method.

On V3R3, we had one dummy file on the IFS that we used to create all others.
