Mars Music ,before it wound up couple of weeks ago, used to run all its
warehouse and ebusiness support systems in AS/400.

Allsate Insurance has hundreds of AS/400's (or they used to).
A small one (270?) in each branch office.

Household International uses 3 AS400's to run their Automotive Loan
service.

Abbott Laboratories has a lot also.

I'm fairly sure these companies don't actually run their web sites with
their AS/400 systems,
but they use them for running their businesses in one form or another:

BlockBuster Video (AS/400 & JDE)
Dollar General Stores (Jim Damato will probably not plug his own
company HERE)
Emerson Electric (several divisions use AS/400's & JDE)
Office Depot (had 10 or more AS/400's back in 1995
when
I was working for them as a consultant)
Paramount Pictures (Had an AS/400 at one time - not sure if
they
still have it)
SK Handtool (AS/400 and JDE) - makes handtools for
Sears
and many auto parts stores

and, of course, many of the casinos in the US use the AS/400 to run
their
business.
