When you tried displaying object locks on the DLO, did it show any job
using the dlo & if so,
what was it called ?

If nothing is using it ... is it possible that a PC drive is mapped to it &
viewing it in another window ?

Perhaps rebooting the PC, cliched as it sounds, might resolve the lock.

Otherwise; can you copy the document ?
