I had been receiving similar message in Ops Navigator. IBM Support told me to load the latest CA PTFs/Service Pack to my PC. Then they told me to completely deinstall Client Access and flush the registry entries before reinstalling, with my anti-virus software disabled. Then they told my to go to the latest Windows 2000 service pack.
