Unfortunately, this does not show any association between the .PDF file type and Netsoft or CA. The other suggestion about reinstalling Acrobat: Yeah, that'd be what I'd do, but they're pretty tight about "users" installing new apps. If the Acrobat version we're supporting right now (v5.0.5) were available for download, I'd do it, but I can only find v6 to download, so no go.
